If you are a foreigner but you have good Valencian friends, you have already been presented with this combination. As you know you have a version with lemon and a more summery lemon but granita, if not, quiet, we leave you the most common recipes:
- Burret. Coffee liqueur combined with cola and ice, in a tube glass a couple of ice cubes, 40% coffee Cerol liquor and 60% cola. Ideal for the aperitif or as a glass.
- Plisplay. Coffee liqueur combined with cola drink, in glass of 40% coffee Cerol liquor and 60% cola. Ideal for the aperitif or as a glass.
- Mentira. Coffee liqueur combined with lemon granita, 1/3 coffee Cerol liqueur and 2/3 lemon iced. The most refreshing and delicious glass.
